These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 89dk ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 89dk website, games, betting markets, and all related services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 89dk platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 89dk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and mobile number.
• You must hold only one (1) account on the 89dk platform. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any applicable self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from the 89dk platform.

89dk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory documentation to verify their identity, age, or source of funds, 89dk may suspend or permanently close that player's account and withhold any pending balances pending further investigation.

To access the services provided by 89dk, you must register a single account by providing your mobile number, creating a secure password, and submitting any additional information required for identity verification. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you regardless of whether the access was authorised by you. 89dk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 89dk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits are credited to your 89dk account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transactions.

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 89dk aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet payments and within 1 to 12 hours for bank transfers, subject to identity verification completion and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met. 89dk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a threshold determined at our sole discretion.

All transactions on 89dk are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 89dk complies with responsible financial conduct standards. Any transaction that 89dk has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the proceeds of crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account associated with that transaction will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with suspicious transactions may be withheld indefinitely.

89dk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all 89dk bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 30x unless a specific promotion states a different multiple.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after the date they are credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• 89dk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice and without liability to players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — the round will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance, provided that the malfunction can be independently verified by 89dk's system logs. Where a technical error cannot be verified with certainty, 89dk's decision on the appropriate resolution will be final. Players who attempt to exploit technical malfunctions to obtain winnings will have their accounts suspended immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89dk platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 89dk platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including the exploitation of welcome or reload bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage not available to other players through normal use of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Using the 89dk platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection, cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with any part of the 89dk platform's software infrastructure, including game clients, payment systems, or account management systems.

89dk monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited behaviour will result in immediate account action. Decisions made by 89dk in relation to prohibited conduct are final and not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

89dk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider; suspected fraudulent activity; or any other circumstance in which 89dk determines that continued access would present an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 89dk support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed, subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the 89dk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces presented by 89dk (as distinct from third-party game content), marketing materials, and promotional assets — is the intellectual property of 89dk or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of 89dk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89dk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss, regardless of whether 89dk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 89dk's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

89dk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or bugs, or that any particular game or betting market will be available at any specific time. 89dk reserves the right to take the platform offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time without incurring liability to players for the unavailability of the service during that maintenance window.
