About 89dk — Bangladesh's Trusted Gaming Platform

89dk was founded with a single purpose: to give players across Bangladesh access to a premium online gaming experience that actually fits their lives. For too long, the options available to Bangladeshi players were either generic international platforms that ignored local payment methods, or low-quality sites that cut corners on security and game fairness. 89dk was built to be different — a platform that speaks to the realities of gaming in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond, where bKash and Nagad are the wallets people actually use, and where cricket is not just a sport but a way of life.

The platform launched with a core belief that local players deserve the same quality experience that players in other markets take for granted — live dealer tables with professional croupiers, slot libraries from globally certified providers like Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, provably fair crash games including Aviator from Spribe, and a sports betting section that treats BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches with the same depth of markets and real-time odds that major tournaments receive elsewhere. Every feature on 89dk was chosen because it matters to the Bangladesh market specifically.

89dk's mission is straightforward: deliver the most enjoyable, fair, and secure online gaming experience available to players in Bangladesh. We measure success not by platform size alone but by whether players trust us, return to us, and feel that 89dk is genuinely built for them. Four core values guide every decision we make.

89dk is built exclusively for adults aged 21 and above in Bangladesh who enjoy online gaming as a form of entertainment. Our players range from cricket enthusiasts in Dhaka who want to place a live bet during a Bangladesh Tigers T20 match, to slots fans in Chittagong who enjoy spinning through Pragmatic Play's latest titles after work, to live casino players in Sylhet who prefer the social feel of a real dealer game over an automated RNG table. What unites all 89dk players is the expectation of a fair, fast, and locally relevant experience.

We also recognise the diversity of Bangladesh's gaming audience beyond the major cities. Players in Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Barisal, Cox's Bazar, and Mymensingh face specific challenges — slower network speeds, varying device capabilities, and limited access to international payment rails. 89dk has been optimised to work well on budget Android handsets, to load quickly on 3G and 4G connections, and to integrate exclusively with the local payment infrastructure that these players already use every day. We do not treat regional players as an afterthought.

89dk's commitment to the Bangladesh market goes beyond offering local payment methods. We have invested in infrastructure that ensures the platform loads quickly and reliably across Bangladesh's diverse connectivity landscape — from fibre connections in Dhaka and Chittagong to mobile data in Cox's Bazar, Barisal, and Rangpur. The 89dk mobile experience is designed around the real phones that Bangladeshi players use: budget Android handsets running Chrome, mid-range Samsung devices, and the full iPhone range on iOS Safari. Every feature is tested on real devices so that the experience on a ৳12,000 Android is as smooth as on a flagship phone.

Customer support at 89dk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through live chat. Support agents are trained to assist in both English and Bengali, recognising that not all players are equally comfortable in one language. Whether you have a question about a deposit that has not yet cleared, a bonus terms clarification, or a technical issue with a game, the 89dk support team responds quickly and with genuine knowledge of the platform — not scripted non-answers.

On the game quality side, 89dk works exclusively with globally recognised studio partners. We do not host games from unverified or unlicensed providers. Every slot, live table, and crash game on the platform comes from a studio that publishes independently audited RTP and RNG certification. This matters to us because our players deserve to know that when they win at 89dk, the outcome was genuinely random and the payout rate is as advertised. Transparent gaming is not optional at 89dk — it is a founding principle.

89dk is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses, and never something that takes priority over personal responsibilities or well-being. 89dk provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion option for any player who feels they need a break. If gambling stops being fun, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact the 89dk support team directly. We will always take requests for account restrictions seriously and act on them promptly.
